tanned using chromium sulphate and other salts. It is more supple and pliable than
vegetable-tanned leather, and does not lose
its shape as drastically in water as vegetable-tanned
leather.
Chrome-Tanned Leather is used in the jacket, shoe industry, handbag manufacturing, and
